Enrico Ferrari

Over the past 12 years, Enrico Ferrari has helped scale more than 100 companies from early-stage to post-IPO across Europe, the US, and Australia. His journey, however, began in a small town in Italy.

It was there that his parents built their own business from nothing, a lesson in entrepreneurship that shaped his mindset from an early age.

After graduating summa cum laude from Bocconi University with a master’s in finance, Enrico set out to combine strategy and entrepreneurship.

A few years later, he earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he focused on the intersection of growth, innovation, and leadership.

Enrico spent seven years at Rocket Internet building and scaling digital businesses worldwide. He co-founded ShopWings, a grocery delivery platform that was later acquired, and went on to become Rocket Internet’s Global CMO.

During this time, he helped build some of the most successful digital companies in Europe and Southeast Asia, including Delivery Hero, Zalando, Lazada, and Westwing.

In 2017, Enrico joined HelloFresh in the US as Chief Growth Officer to lead its hyper-growth phase immediately following its IPO.

Since then, he has advised and coached founders, CEOs, and investors across industries on how to drive efficiency, scale growth engines, and design organizations for performance.

Through Growth Vision Partners, the boutique consulting firm he founded on December 24, 2024, Enrico bridges board strategy and hands-on execution across three core areas:

• Growth marketing (paid search, paid social, display, CRM, and more)
• Growth enablers (technology, measurement, analytics)
• Operating models (team structure, processes, coaching)

Alongside this, he serves as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey, supporting clients on growth, marketing, and organizational transformation.

When he’s not working, Enrico is usually training, acting for stage or film, or playing rock music on his electric guitar.
